OPTION 1
Breakfast
· 1 small pot of
natural nonfat yogurt +  ½ papaya. And one cup of oatmeal dried fruit + pumpkin + chia seeds + 1(tsp) of delicious and nutritive raw honey
Morning Snack
· 1 pear baked with cinnamon 
Lunch
· Lettuce salad with
hearts of palm
and alfalfa
sprouts
+ 1 fillet of grilled chicken + 3 (tablespoons)
of brown rice +
1 ladle lentil +
3 . (spoons) of steamed
carrot + 2 (tablespoons) olive oil/balsamic vinegar
Afternoon Snack
· 1 cup of coconut
water
+ 1 nut bar (without chocolate)
Dinner
· Tomato salad with
basil
and arugula + steamed vegetables + 1 cup wheat pasta with ground turkey, garlic, tomato sauce 
Late night snack
· 1 8oz glass of red wine + an orange

OPTION 2
Breakfast
· 1 cup. coffee
with cinnamon +
1 slice of whole sprouted grain bread + 1 slice of fresh white cheese + ½ papaya + 1 (spoon) of nut or seed butter on toast
Morning Snack
· avocado, spinach, banana, almond milk shake
Lunch
· Watercress Salad
with tomato + 3
+ crushed walnuts 150 g chicken with green onions + 3.
(spoons) of steamed zucchini with basil +
3 (tablespoons) of
brown rice + 1
scoop of black beans + 2 (tablespoons) vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack
· 1 cup of passion
fruit juice
+ hummus and celery + carrot sticks
Dinner
· Vegetable bean soup with
shredded chicken
Late night snack
· 1 cup. of camomile tea + an apple with cinnamon
