There are sooooooo many recipes out there for Linguini Alla Vongole (clams) that I didn’t want to add yet another recipe that is so close to the ones already out there, so I decided to create a low carb “Linguini” (Spaghetti Squash) Alla Vongole version!One of the fastest ways to lose weight, or lose fat particularly is to swap out your white flour, white sugar foods and replace them with healthy vegetables. Thank goodness for spaghetti squash! Not only is it a low carb food, it tastes delicious when accompanies with the right sauce. The best and easiest way I’ve found to prepare spaghetti squash is by following these directions:
- To prepare spaghetti squash, heat your oven to 375 degrees.
- While it’s heating, brush the inside of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse.
- Place parchment paper on the sheet and put cut sides down, then put the sheet in the oven.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until you can easily pierce it with a fork.
