OPTION 1
Breakfast
· 1 small pot of
natural nonfat yogurt +  ½ papaya. And one cup of oatmeal dried fruit + pumpkin + chia seeds + 1(tsp) of delicious and nutritive raw honey
Morning Snack
· 1 pear baked with cinnamon 
Lunch
· Lettuce salad with
hearts of palm
and alfalfa
sprouts
+ 1 fillet of grilled chicken + 3 (tablespoons)
of brown rice +
1 ladle lentil +
3 . (spoons) of steamed
carrot + 2 (tablespoons) olive oil/balsamic vinegar
Afternoon Snack
