I scoured the internet to find the best protein pancake recipes that are allowed when doing the 4 Hour Body Diet. I didn’t want to create yet another protein pancake recipe since there are so many great (tasting) ones already out there, but not all protein pancakes are created equal and not all have the ingredients that are “approved” or included in the okay-to-eat-during-the-week list. This Healthy, Easy & Delicious Egg Muffins recipe was one of the many I came up with and will be sharing them all with you. This is a great recipe to make in big batches as the muffins will keep for a couple of days in the fridge or freeze them them heat them up in the microwave as a grab-and-go option. Bite into this recipe and you’ll find hidden layers of hearty spinach, cheese and salty bacon.
