Myth or Fact? Can Crunches Give You A Six Pack?

You can do crunches until the cows come home but if you have a layer of fat, you will only build muscle below the fat and never see them. In order to have a six pack, it is necessary to lose the fat and gain the muscle.

say that the crunches are helpful in developing a six-pack, while
