Now usually, I’m all about beautifully presented, delicious, low-carb/slow-carb meals, but sometimes, I just don’t have the time, and still want to make sure I have enough energy and stamina to get through my day, plus maintain my health goals. That said, I turn to this type of meal. I personally use a little butter when cooking my eggs and I always add garlic powder and salt. For me, it makes the taste of eggs delicious. I also believe that using the whole egg is far more nutritious than just egg whites. Yes, it has more calories, but all of the nutrients, the vitamin, and minerals are in the yolks! Not only that, they have flavor. I need flavour in my food. Sooooooory!
