The recipes look relatively easy to prepare and very “doable” in my context. I have made some of the recipes already and I am happy with the results. I believe that they have the potential to become “classics” in my kitchen.

The book has really taught me how to save and store food in the fridge and freezer. It also shows the serving sizes so you know your portions. So far I’ve tried the slow cooked pork shoulder and it is absolutely DIVINE. I love this book! Easy to follow recipes, nothing expensive. All tasty!
