“Never Get Sick Again” – Smoothie Recipe

I have been making this shake for years and it keeps evolving, but this is the ultimate for keeping your immune system strong so you either never get sick, or will recover in 2 days. I make this “Never Get Sick Again” – Smoothie Recipe at least 1ce per week sometimes 3x per week to keep me healthy on top of drinking my Athletic Greens every day, and I haven’t had a cold or flu since May 2012! That’s crazy since I used to have a cold every 6-8 weeks before I started drinking these.
- 1 Banana
- 2 Cups of Spinach or Kale
- 1 Brazil Nut
- 1 Dash Cinnamon
- 1 Dash Turmeric
- 1 Cup Frozen Mixed or Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Liquid Calcium (Blueberry Flavour)
- 2 Tbsp Flax Oil
- 1 Tbsp Spirulina
- 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Soft Tofu
- 2 Tbsp Raw Honey (Or Molasses)
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)
- 8 oz. Apple Juice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
For more energy and a healthy snack, drink this!
