Everyone wants beautiful, healthy hair. I know I do. I found this great article on www.bitesizewellness.com that talks about how to achieve this. They included an infographic that shows top foods to eat to incorporate in a healthy diet plan,  and to use in  healthy recipes.
Foods like carrots, eggs, beans, bread, oysters, etc.
Some of these options will not work for when you are first losing weight, but would be great to eat when you are in the maintaining phase.
